Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and people-focused HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through effective talent management, employee engagement, and compliance oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (job postings, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
- Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary matters
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture
Performance Management
- Oversee performance appraisal systems
- Support managers in goal setting and performance improvement plans
- Promote a high-performance culture
Compensation & Benefits
- Manage payroll coordination, compensation structures, and benefits programs
- Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure internal equity
- Evaluate and recommend benefits improvements
Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs
- Support leadership development initiatives
- Promote continuous professional growth
HR Strategy & Reporting
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Analyze HR metrics (turnover, retention, engagement, etc.)
- Prepare HR reports for senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
