HR Manager to support our growing

The HR Manager serves in a dual-capacity role within the organization, balancing responsibilities as a strategic Senior HR Generalist and as the leader of the company's Talent Acquisition function. Approximately half of the role focuses on delivering strategic and hands-on HR support across multiple divisions. The remaining time is dedicated to overseeing Talent Acquisition - providing direction to recruiters, enhancing hiring processes, and ensuring the organization effectively attracts and secures top talent.

What You Will Be Doing
Senior Human Resources Generalist
- Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and help resolve workplace concerns.
- Support employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, investigations, and corrective actions.
- Assist with performance management processes, including coaching and performance reviews.
- Conduct exit interviews, identify key themes, and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Ensure all employee changes, adjustments, and supporting documentation are submitted to Payroll accurately and on time to facilitate smooth processing.
- Facilitate difficult conversations between employees and managers to support understanding, accountability, and positive outcomes.
HR Operations & Data Management
- Maintain accurate HRIS data and support reporting needs.
- Prepare HR reports and share insights on workforce trends.
- Provide general HR administrative support and assist with projects and process improvements.
Training & Development
- Support the planning and delivery of training programs that reinforce skills and MCA culture/values.
- Provide coaching to managers to strengthen leadership and team management.
- Promote ongoing learning and development opportunities across the organization.
Acquisition Support
- Support M&A onboarding activities and help integrate newly acquired employees.
- Promote MCA's culture and values throughout the integration process.
- Assist with communication, orientations, and training to ensure smooth transitions.
- Provide guidance to new managers and employees during assimilation.
- Help structure roles and align the organization for effective integration.
Talent Acquisition Leadership
- Lead the company's Talent Acquisition team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes to ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Drive TA strategy, workforce planning, and recruiting initiatives across the organization.
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders to understand hiring needs and create proactive recruiting strategies.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality of hire, and diversity of recruitment efforts.
- Monitor recruiting KPIs and prepare TA reports and insights for leadership.
- Manage relationships with external recruiting partners, job boards, and talent platforms.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company hiring practices and requirements.
Staffing & Recruitment Support
- Monitor staffing levels and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiting to support effective hiring processes.
- Assist with onboarding to ensure a smooth and compliant new-hire experience.
- Help prepare offers, compensation recommendations, and internal job postings.

What You Will Bring To The Team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred.
- 5-7+ years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated generalist expertise.
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing a recruiting function or team.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and strong relationships across diverse teams and leadership levels.
- Skilled in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and delivering thoughtful, solutions-oriented HR support.
- Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
