Compensation: $100k- $110k
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

What will your day look like?
Employee Relations Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, handle performance and conduct matters, and lead investigations with professionalism and confidentiality.
Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of health, retirement, wellness, and leave programs while partnering with brokers to manage renewals and drive benefit optimization.
Multistate Payroll Oversight: Ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing across multiple states; collaborate with payroll vendors or internal staff to maintain pay accuracy and audit readiness.
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruiting—from role scoping to offer delivery—and support hiring managers in building strong, diverse teams.
Onboarding & Offboarding Excellence: Deliver a seamless employee lifecycle experience, from first-day readiness to exit interviews and transition support.
Compliance & HR Operations: Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws; update policies; manage HRIS data; and identify opportunities to streamline HR processes.
Who are you?
Experienced HR Generalist/Leader: 7+ years of progressive HR experience with strength in employee relations, benefits, payroll compliance, and recruiting.
Confident and Self-Directed: Comfortable working autonomously, making decisions, and guiding leaders through complex situations.
Multistate Compliance Expert: Strong understanding of wage & hour laws, leave regulations, and employment legislation across multiple states.
Process-Oriented Problem Solver: Able to build scalable HR processes, improve workflows, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Relationship Builder: Approachable communicator who earns trust and strengthens organizational culture.
