The Director of People Operations is a strategic, hands‑on leader responsible for shaping and driving the organization’s people strategy. This role oversees all HR functions—including talent acquisition, engagement, compliance, learning & development, and culture—ensuring alignment with organizational goals and a high‑performing, people‑centered workplace.
What You’ll Lead:
• Partner with senior leadership to align staffing, recruiting, engagement, and retention initiatives with business needs.
• Support and expand Learning & Development programs, including leadership and career development pathways.
• Manage core HR programs: compensation, benefits, leave administration, employee relations, investigations, performance management, and recognition.
• Identify staffing and talent needs; implement best practices for hiring and talent management.
• Build and monitor HR and Talent Acquisition metrics; provide data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions.
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Operations, Coaching, L&D, or related fields.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in HR, Operations, Coaching, or related areas.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred.
