Position Summary
As a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) you'll be responsible for serving as a strategic HR partner collaborating closely with senior management to drive business objectives through effective HR practices.
Role and Responsibilities
- Strategic Alignment: Works with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's goals and culture.
- Talent and Leadership: Manages key talent acquisition, development, and succession planning to ensure the organization has the right leaders and workforce.

Skills and Qualifications

Here are 3-5 key qualifications needed for the role:
Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Development is often preferred.
Years of Work Experience: Typically, 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior HR role or as an HR Business Partner. Experience working in a similar industry or with a similar company size is beneficial.
Certifications: Professional HR certification, such as: Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional) HR Certification Institute (HRCI) certifications Other relevant HR certifications
