Location: Atlanta, Georgia – Hybrid
Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 base salary plus bonus

What will your day look like?
• HR Strategy & Operations: Oversee benefits administration, policy management, compliance, and HR process improvements
• Talent & Performance Leadership: Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and performance management initiatives while coaching managers on best practices
• Employee Relations & Development: Act as a trusted advisor, handling employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution, and development initiatives
Who are you?
• Experienced HR Professional: 5+ years of progressive HR experience across benefits, recruiting, and employee relations
• Business Partner Mindset: Proven ability to collaborate with leadership and influence at multiple levels of the organization
• Compliance & Best Practices Expert: Strong working knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and people management best practices
