The Opportunity
Our client is a Fortune 500, engineering-driven organization operating in a highly technical manufacturing and R&D environment. The business is actively scaling through growth, integration, and operational transformation.
In this organization, HR is not a support function. It is expected to operate with the same rigor, judgment, and business discipline as engineering, operations, and finance.
They are hiring a Human Resources Director to serve as a senior people leader and business partner across a multi-site U.S. footprint, with a primary focus in Texas.
This is a true senior HR leadership seat, not a plant-only role and not a back-office function.
Why This Role Is Different
This position exists at the intersection of:
- Organizational change
- Leadership alignment
- Operational scale
- Policy harmonization
You will be trusted to:
- Lead through ambiguity
- Influence Director- and VP-level leaders without formal authority
- Bring calm structure, sound judgment, and credibility during periods of change
If you are most comfortable in steady-state environments or highly scripted HR roles, this will not be the right fit.
