What You’ll Do:
- Design, implement, and manage training and development programs for all levels of staff and leadership.
- Oversee core HR operations, including talent acquisition, compliance, and performance management.
- Manage and enhance the Rippling HRIS, ensuring smooth workflows and accurate data.
- Partner with firm leadership to align HR strategy with the firm’s growth and vision.
- Deliver high-energy presentations and workshops that promote learning, engagement, and professional excellence.
- Mentor and support department leaders to foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years' progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in professional services or a professional firm setting.
- Expertise in training design, delivery, and ongoing employee development.
- Experience with Rippling HRIS or similar HR platforms.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills — comfortable leading groups and influencing leadership.
- Deep understanding of HR compliance, best practices, and employment law.
- A proactive, people-first mindset with the ability to thrive in a growing organization.
