A growing organization in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead all HR strategy, operations, and people initiatives across a diverse, fast-paced work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the HR department, including HR operations, employee relations, talent acquisition, learning & development, and compliance.
- Partner with executive leadership to design and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee performance management, workforce planning, salary administration, and employee experience programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and Florida employment laws and regulations.
- Develop HR policies, procedures, and best practices that support organizational growth.
- Lead initiatives in culture, engagement, DEI, and organizational development.
- Oversee employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective actions.
- Manage benefits administration, workers’ compensation, and leave programs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders across all departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience; 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience in multi-site or multi-state operations highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or SHRM-CP) strongly preferred.
