Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in a SaaS, technology, or high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices in the US.
- Experience partnering with leaders to drive people strategy, organizational change, and talent development.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to use HR metrics to inform decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities.
