We are seeking experienced HR Manager to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the expansion of a dynamic brokerage firm while advancing your career in the U.S. financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to align HR practices with organizational strategy and workforce planning
Drive organizational design initiatives and apply people analytics to support data-driven decisions
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including job postings, sourcing, screening, structured interviews, and offers
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future growth and critical roles
Design and oversee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration and retention
Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture through engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms
Serve as a trusted HR partner by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering positive relations
Develop and manage performance management systems, guiding managers on assessments, feedback, and coaching
Identify skill gaps and design training and development programs to support career growth and succession planning
Administer payroll, benefits, and total rewards programs; conduct periodic salary reviews and benchmarking
Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws and internal policies, updating HR procedures as needed

Qualifications

7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role
Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance requirements, people analytics, and HR best practices
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence organizational culture
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (required)
Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR (preferred)
