2-month contract -
As the HR Assistant, you will play a key role in the daily operations of the Human Resources Department.
Working in an ultra-luxury environment, you will embody the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and service excellence.
In this role, you will be directly attached to the Deputy Head of HR, assisting in a wide range of HR activities.
Your responsibilities will include administrative support, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and contributing to a smooth and positive employee experience.
Your main responsibilities:
HR Administration
- Oversee employee lifecycle: onboarding and offboarding
Workplace Culture & Well-being
- Suggest and implement employee well-being programs, and activities.
- Establish local partnerships (e.g. gyms, restaurants)
HR Communications
- Design and distribute internal newsletters
- Organize events and update visual communications (e.g. cafeteria screens)
Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and daily HR matters.
Culture Initiatives
- Support and help in DEI initiatives
- Organize employee engagement activities and internal communications
Recruitment
- Draft and post job ads across platforms (LinkedIn…)
- Source candidates and assist in interviews and hiring processes

- Strong administrative and organizational skills ; able to manage multiple priorities with extreme precision
Essential Tools & Competencies:
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Creativity in communication (Canva, flyers, etc.)

- Exceptional written and verbal communication
