About The Role:
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Sr People/HR Business Partner to join our growing team. This role is critical in shaping and executing People strategies that drive engagement, performance, and growth across the organization. As a trusted partner to leaders and employees, this role will drive a wide range of initiatives from employee relations to talent development and employer branding.
This is a dynamic role that requires agility, business acumen, and a passion for building a strong, inclusive workplace culture. No job is too big or too small, this role also includes supporting special and ad-hoc projects based on evolving business needs.
What You'll Do:
- Employer Branding: Strengthen our employer brand through strategic initiatives, including social media campaigns, employee advocacy programs, and partnerships with universities and industry organizations to attract top talent.
- Culture & Engagement: Lead programs that foster a positive and inclusive culture, drive employee engagement, and improve internal communication and collaboration across teams.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on performance management, employee matters and workplace concerns, ensuring alignment with employment laws and company policies.
- Organizational Development & Training: Identify skill gaps and development needs, recommend and implement training programs, and collaborate with internal and external partners to build leadership and employee capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s a plus)
- 7 years of progressive HR experience in a business partner or generalist role
- Solid background in employer branding, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, training, and success planning
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
