We are partnering with a global market leader on a critical Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner search. This role is a high-visibility business partner position supporting multiple large business units with revenues between $1 & $1.5B. You will collaborate directly with the President and senior leadership team, driving people strategy aligned with financial and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, influencing organizational direction and strategic decision-making.
- Lead large-scale organizational design, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives to align structure and talent with growth objectives.
- Drive talent management programs, including succession planning, leadership development, and talent movement across the business.
- Provide strategic direction on performance management, accountability frameworks, and leadership coaching.
- Partner closely with finance and operations to connect HR initiatives to business performance, ROI, and cost management.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering an agile and collaborative culture.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including time at the Director or Senior Director level.
- Proven success supporting executives in a large, matrixed, and global environment.
- Expertise in talent strategy, organizational design, leadership development, and performance management.
- Strong financial and business acumen, with comfort working alongside P&L owners.
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and ability to influence across all levels of leadership.
Compensation:
- Base salary in the mid-$200Ks
- 30% annual bonus target
