The HR Manager will lead and develop a high-performing HR team to support business growth and priorities in a fast-paced, international environment. This role involves a hands-on approach to fostering a positive studio culture through effective employee relations, retention, and reward programs, while ensuring accuracy in employee records and HRIS systems. The HR Manager will drive process improvements with innovative HR solutions, data analysis, compensation, employee engagement, and recognition programs. The role requires strong presentation, coaching, and leadership skills to support management development and build partnerships with business leaders to provide thought leadership on organizational and people strategies.
Responsibilities:
- A true hands-on approach in creating and driving effective employee relations, retention and reward programs to ensure a positive studio culture with high level of employee engagement
- Attention to detail to ensure high level of accuracy in employee records and HRIS system
- Demonstrated experience driving processes improvements with innovation HR solutions
- Work with local and global HR and other key business functions contributing to the business growth
- Provide expertise in the following areas: High volume recruitment, Data Analysis, Compensation and Rewards, Employee Relations, Recognition Programs, Employee Engagement
- Manage local HR team to support business priorities and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves" and get things done.
- Strong presentation and coaching skills to support global management and leadership development initiatives
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously, with strong internal and external customer service focus
- Build strong partnership with business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution
- Lead, develop and grow a strong team of HR Specialist, providing the development, monitoring and analysis of individual KPIs, development plans and overall work quality;
- To work closely with business segments to ensure consultation processes are carried out correctly and in a timely manner;
- Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the client’s side;
- Manges complex HR Projects cross-functionality
- Builds a strong business relationship with internal clients;
- Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks;
- Recruits personally the key talents for the internal client;
- Perform other duties requested by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications;
- Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time, and it is not considered as additional work;
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment in multiple international locations with a variety of national cultures.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or relevant disciplines
- Thorough understanding of both Federal and State Employment/Labor legislations
- 5+ years of progressive HR experiences with 3 years of HR Management experience
- Ability to work under strict deadlines within complex matrix work environment
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and a variety of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience supporting hourly employee client groups is considered as an asset
