[About the Role]
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized professional to join our People team in a unique dual-capacity role. This position is split between providing executive assistant support to our Chief People and Transformation Officer and serving as one of the go-to People Team Coordinators for our employees.
You’ll be one of the first points of contact for employees seeking guidance on general HR questions regarding benefits, pay, and policy questions. You’ll also be instrumental in driving smooth operations, supporting projects, and creating meaningful employee experiences. [What You’ll Do]
Executive Assistant to the Chief People and Transformation Officer:
- Manage the CPTO’s calendar, schedule, and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, ensuring seamless itineraries.
- Process expenses and reimbursements accurately and on time.
- Prepare materials, decks, and correspondence for meetings and presentations.
- Help ensure the leader’s time is prioritized effectively.
People Team Coordinator:
- Act as a contact for employee questions regarding benefits, pay, policies, and processes.
- Provide proactive, high-touch support to employees, ensuring a positive work experience.
- Support onboarding by creating a seamless, engaging experience for new hires, and manage the offboarding process with care.
- Maintain and update employee data in our HRIS system (Paycor) with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Partner with global People team colleagues to streamline processes and share best practices.
- Collect, analyze, and present people data to help tell our story and drive decisions.
- Coordinate and support People team projects and initiatives across all HR functions, including Compensation & Benefits
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
[What We’re Looking For]
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience:
- 2–3 years of full-time HR experience or 2-3 years of Executive Assistant experience with a desire to learn HR.
- Prior experience providing executive assistant or administrative support to senior leaders.
- Project management and/or data analytics experience a plus.
Skills & Attributes:
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills; thrives in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Clear and professional verbal/written communication skills.
- High attention to detail with a methodical, thorough approach.

Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000/year
