The Role
As our cultural orchestrator, strategic partner, and ultimate people champion, you’ll bring the

Requirements
Who You Are
You’re a playful strategist and people champion who:
- Has 3–5 years of HR leadership experience, especially in hospitality or service-focused environments.
- Is bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred) with strong communication skills.
- Knows how to energize and elevate employee engagement—your creative spark is contagious.
- Balances strategic insight with hands-on execution.

Salary Description
$105,000-$120,000 DOE
