Now, we're scaling and looking for an HR Manager to own the HR Operations in the USA and be an active contributor within our International Business.
WHAT’S THE CHALLENGE?
We're looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager (Generalist) to join our growing team. This is a true 360° role that touches every facet of HR operations—from hiring and onboarding, to policy implementation, compensation & benefits administration, employee engagement, performance management, and everything in between.

WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING WITH
This position will report directly to the Regional Group Head of HR. You’ll partner closely with our local and international operations teams to build a cohesive HR user journey that delivers the right service to the right users, at the right time. You’ll also collaborate with colleagues across the UK, EU and other regions and with Group HQ teams.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Build Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead end-to-end hiring for multiple teams, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure seamless onboarding experience.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers; handle employee concerns, performance discussions, and investigations with care and compliance.
- Policies & Procedures: Draft, update, and implement HR policies and ensure they’re aligned with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee benefits, support annual compensation cycles, and liaise with vendors and brokers.
- Performance Management: Support performance review cycles, help design frameworks, and coach managers through feedback and development conversations.
- HR Projects & Compliance: Lead HR initiatives, support audits, maintain employee records, and ensure full legal compliance across jurisdictions.
- Culture & Engagement: Support programs that strengthen employee engagement, recognition, and communication.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Proven experience in an HR generalist role (ideally 5+ years), preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
- Deep understanding of US labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build relationships across all levels.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset—comfortable wearing many hats and rolling up your sleeves.
- Experience with HRIS and people analytics tools a plus.

- Have a relevant degree in Business, HR, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

- Strong consultative HR approach.
