Overview
We are looking for an HR Manager to lead all aspects of Human Resources as a team of one. This role is both strategic and hands-on, overseeing payroll, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and talent initiatives while serving as a trusted advisor to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including payroll, benefits, and compliance.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees on HR matters, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Partner with executives to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Lead employee relations, performance management, and policy development.
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and training processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of broad HR experience, ideally in a small or growing company.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits administration, and employment law.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day HR operations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
