We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and drive all aspects of human resources within a growing organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in HR management, proven success supporting employee populations of 200+ of similar population, and expertise in employment laws, compliance, and best practices. This role requires excellent communication, discretion in handling sensitive matters, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of HR management experience
- Knowledge of employment laws, Performance Management, and industry best practices
- Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth companies is a plus
