We’re supporting a global engineering group operating in the oil and gas space as they look to appoint a new HR Manager for their U.S. and Canadian operations. The company provides high-spec tools and services for drilling and completions and has built a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and a people-first approach.
This is a key standalone role based in Houston, covering all aspects of HR across North America.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full HR remit across the U.S. and Canada.
- Support managers on employee relations, performance, and talent management.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and compliance processes.
- Advise on employment law and ensure regional policies remain up to date.
- Play an active role in fostering a strong, positive workplace culture.
