Our client, a manufacturing company in north Houston TX is looking to add a SR HR Manager to the team! This role will focus on strategic change management through the organization and will lead multiple manufacturing sites. The ideal candidate should enjoy a strategic yet boots on the ground management style.
Experience Requirements/Role Responsibilities
- 10+ years of senior level HR experience
- 5+ years of experience managing a team including remote resources at sites/locations
- Manufacturing experience heavily desired
- Must have Change management/Project management experience
- Developing SOPs to centralize resources
