The Human Resources Intern will support the day-to-day operations of the HR department and serve as a point of contact for employees under supervision. This role is ideal for someone pursuing a career in HR who is eager to gain hands-on experience in areas such as recruiting, employee relations, benefits, HRIS, and compliance. The intern will also assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives.

· Assist with posting jobs, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews.
· Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire documentation and orientation.
· Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS system.
· Provide general support on employee relations issues, trainings, and HR communications.
· Assist in organizing and delivering internal HR-related trainings and employee engagement initiatives
· Participate in the administration of employee benefits and learn about compliance requirements
· Collaborate with the HR team on process improvement projects and policy updates
· Support performance management efforts, including data tracking and follow-ups
· Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
· Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn all functional areas of the department
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR systems is a plus
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
