Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) Manager, based in South Palm Beach, FL. The HR Manager will oversee all facets of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and policy implementation. The role also involves ensuring compliance with labor laws, developing HR strategies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy implementation
- Experience with benefits administration and payroll management systems
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage and support a diverse team
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- PHR, SPHR, or relevant HR certification is a plus
- Previous experience in a veterinary or healthcare setting is advantageous
