Position Overview
As the Recruiter, you'll be responsible for managing CELSIUS' full-cycle recruiting process and contributing to broader HR initiatives as needed. This role is accountable for meeting established KPI benchmarks, upholding compliance and brand integrity, and supporting strategic HR initiatives as needed. The Recruiter will serve as a partner to hiring managers, guiding them through talent acquisition protocols and representing the Celsius brand and product portfolio with professionalism and consistency.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency setting
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience with ATS platforms (such as Workable), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of applicable employment laws and effective screening practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, excellent organization, and the ability to manage multiple roles and competing deadlines.
- Ability to establish trust with team members and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated flexibility, accountability, and a proactive approach to recruiting
Key Responsibilities
- Execute a seamless recruiting process, focusing on hiring qualified candidates with diverse backgrounds
- Consistently meet or exceed minimum KPI expectations related to candidate outreach, pipeline management, time-to-fill, quality of hire and other performance related metrics as assigned
- Priority in the beginning will be a focus on high-volume recruiting for Field Sales roles, conducting screenings with upwards of 30+ candidates per week.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create job postings, and source candidates through multiple channels
- Review resumes, conduct virtual interviews, and provide candidate recommendations
- Extend and negotiate offers and provide the required hiring information to the Onboarding team
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring or anticipated hiring needs
- Coordinate and participate in selected college and recruitment events
- Ensure hiring managers adhere to Talent Acquisition SOPs and compliance standards
- Communicate effectively with the HR team and hiring managers regarding open roles and hiring updates
- Support HR projects during slower hiring periods

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
