About Finoric
Finoric is a rapidly growing specialty oilfield chemicals company headquartered in Beasley, Texas, with operations across multiple locations and international offices. We formulate and blend chemical solutions for fracturing, acidizing, coiled tubing, production, and midstream water treatment applications. Founded in 2010, we serve leading oilfield services customers across North American shale basins.
The Role
We’re hiring an HR Manager or Director to lead our HR function, with a strong focus on recruiting. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance with direct access to ownership, you’ll own HR for our US workforce and help shape strategy, processes, and infrastructure as the company scales.
This is a hands-on role for a builder who brings significant recruiting experience in industrial or chemicals environments. Title and compensation will be calibrated based on the selected candidate’s experience and scope fit.
What You’ll Do
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for plant operators, chemists, account managers, field sales, and other technical and operational roles
• Build and strengthen HR processes for onboarding, performance management, employee relations, retention, and compliance
• Build the policy foundation and employee handbook that will scale with Finoric as it grows
• Manage US benefits programs end-to-end, including broker relationship, annual open enrollment, plan renewals, and employee support across health, dental, vision, FSA, and 401(k)
• Lead compensation planning — pay bands, benchmarking, merit cycles, and bonus structure — to support consistent and competitive pay as the company scales
• Evaluate Finoric’s HR systems and recommend whether to fully leverage existing tools (CTR Payroll Services) or implement a new HRIS to support the next stage of growth
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational development
• Collaborate with Finoric’s India-based corporate HR and payroll teams on policy alignment and US payroll oversight (processed through CTR)
• Foster a high-accountability, high-performance culture
What You Bring
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of HR experience with significant full-cycle recruiting in industrial, chemicals, or oil and gas environments
• Track record of building and strengthening HR processes and infrastructure in a growing company
• Experience managing benefits programs through a broker, including open enrollment and plan renewals
• Experience with compensation planning, including market benchmarking, pay band design, and merit/bonus cycle management
• Solid knowledge of US employment law and HR compliance
• Ability to work independently and move quickly
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
