We’re looking for a North America HR Manager to support our team across the U.S. and Canada. This role combines HR business partnering and recruiting, working closely with leaders and employees to support growth, hiring, and day-to-day HR needs.
This is a hands-on role in a growing, mid-sized professional services firm—ideal for someone who enjoys both building and executing.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering
- Act as the main HR contact for North America managers and employees
- Support employee relations and team engagement
- Handle employee relations matters with maturity, ensuring fair and consistent resolution while maintaining confidentiality
- Provide practical guidance to leaders on people-related topics
- Partner with global HR team
Talent Acquisition
- Lead hiring for key roles across North America
- Manage the full recruiting process from role definition through offer
- Work with internal teams and external partners to source candidates
- Ensure a high-quality hiring process and candidate experience
Employee Support
- Serve as a trusted, approachable resource for employees
- Drive employee lifecycle processes (onboarding (along with HR OPs team), engagement, employee connects, and exits) while serving as a trusted advisor to employees on workplace matters
- Provide coaching and support on workplace issues
HR Operations Coordination
- Partner with teams handling payroll, benefits, and compliance on initiatives as needed
- Help ensure smooth execution of HR processes
- Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and compliance teams to drive effective HR operations.
- Leveraging a deep understanding of US HR policies and their interlinkages with global HR frameworks.
- Apply a systems-thinking approach to connect processes across geographies, ensuring alignment, compliance, and operational excellence
What We’re Looking For
- ~10+ years of HR experience
- Strong background in both HRBP and recruiting
- Experience working in a global model with global teams, particularly with India and the UK
- Experience in professional services or similar environments preferred
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, evolving environment
- Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
