We are seeking a strong Director of HR ready to step into a VP-level role, leading human capital strategy across a large, multi-state, multi-unit restaurant operation.
This is not a developmental role—it requires someone already operating at near-VP scope, with the capacity to scale immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR strategy across 100+ restaurant locations
- Own full HR function: field HR, employee relations, compliance, talent development, and workforce planning
- Act as a strategic partner to operations leadership to improve retention, bench strength, and performance
- Build scalable HR infrastructure to support continued unit growth
- Oversee labor strategy across multiple states, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation
- Develop pipelines for General Managers and multi-unit leaders
- Lead and scale a regional HR team supporting field operations
Must-Have Qualifications
- Currently a Director / Sr. Director of HR in a QSR or multi-unit restaurant environment
- Direct oversight of 75–150+ locations
- Experience supporting a high-volume hourly workforce (3,000+ employees)
- Strong field HR ownership
- Proven ability to influence operations leaders at scale
