This role is a true partner to the business, working closely with leaders to navigate employee relations, strengthen team performance, and help shape a positive, high-performing culture.
You’ll support a mix of corporate and field teams, building strong relationships across all levels of the organization. From coaching leaders and guiding performance conversations to handling employee relations and driving engagement, you’ll be at the center of meaningful, day-to-day impact.

What you’ll bring:
- Experience in HR with a strong foundation in employee relations
- Confidence supporting leaders in fast-moving, operational environments
- A relationship-driven, approachable style with the ability to build trust quickly
- Sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfort working both independently and collaboratively
- Experience supporting blue-collar, field, or warehouse teams is a big plus
- HR certification (SHRM or similar) and/or bilingual Spanish is a plus
