HR Administrator - $100k-$120k
Financial services firm based in Santa Monica is seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join their close-knit team.

Responsibilities:
- Processing payroll, including wages, bonuses, overtime, and deductions
- Managing vendor relations and administering benefits program
- Overseeing administrative onboarding and offboarding
- Updating payroll and benefits systems for new hires
- Serving as the benefits point person for employees, including resolving payroll and benefits related questions
- Providing back-up concierge/admin support -- lunch ordering, greeting clients, answering phones, and ordering supplies
Please note this role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday, with standard work hours and a good work/life balance.
Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience managing payroll, benefits, and other HR functions. A Bachelor’s degree is also required.
