Are you an HR professional who's as comfortable in the weeds of compliance as you are shaping culture and coaching managers?
We're partnering with a well-established, growing organization to find an HR Manager who can own the full people function at a site level. This is a high-visibility role where you'll be the go-to person for both leadership and employees — someone who brings structure, credibility, and genuine care to everything from a complex employee relations matter to a first-day onboarding experience.

What you'd do:
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for site leadership and employees across all HR matters
- Lead full-cycle recruitment — partnering with hiring managers from intake through offer
- Own onboarding, offboarding, and the employee lifecycle in between
- Manage employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary processes, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment law (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO)
- Administer and optimize HRIS, benefits programs, and leave management
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, succession, and organizational development
- Support and improve HR policies, procedures, and documentation
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a strong site culture
What you've got:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 in a standalone or lead HR role
- Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- A natural communicator who can influence without authority
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
