In this role, you will shape and implement the HR initiatives that build an organizational culture aligned with our aggressive growth goals. You won't just be maintaining the status quo; you will be analyzing workforce needs, building out high-performing teams, and establishing the systems that allow our people to thrive.
This is a dynamic position for an inspirational leader who can seamlessly shift from executive-level strategy to rolling up their sleeves and managing operational details.
What You Will Do

- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, manage vendor relationships, and build onboarding programs that set new hires up for immediate success.
- Total Rewards: Manage payroll processing, lead annual benefits renewals, analyze compensation trends to ensure we remain highly competitive, and oversee vendor selection.
- Culture & Engagement: Champion our "Employees First" mentality. Design initiatives to foster a positive workplace, utilize platforms like Comparably and Glassdoor to market our culture, and use data-driven HR analytics to measure program effectiveness.
- Performance & Development: Develop robust performance management systems and design training programs focused on leadership growth, career advancement, and skill development.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Manage the HRIS, handle employee relations with empathy and discretion, oversee office management functions, and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across multiple HR functional areas (recruiting, talent management, compensation design, benefits, and operational processes).
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Business Acumen: You are a strategic thinker who understands how HR initiatives directly impact the bottom line and overall business objectives.
- Adaptability: High emotional intelligence, executive presence, and the ability to manage a remote workforce effectively.
- Mindset: You are authentic, passionate, and possess a "servant-leader" mentality. You believe no job is too small and are comfortable getting tactical when the company requires it.
