We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive human resources services, fostering a positive workplace, and ensuring organizational compliance. This role requires a proactive individual who can balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate onboarding processes, including offer letters, background checks, I-9 verification, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on disciplinary actions.
• Facilitate performance management activities, such as review cycles, goal setting, and development plans for employees.
• Collaborate with the training team to identify development needs and recommend appropriate learning programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and generating reports to support HR initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and update employee policies, handbooks, and HR documentation to align with organizational goals.
• Support efforts to enhance employee engagement, strengthen workplace culture, and improve retention.
• Partner with cross-functional HR teams, including Benefits, Payroll, and Talent Development, to address employee needs effectively.
• Maintain accurate records within HRIS systems and uphold data integrity.
• Perform additional HR-related tasks as needed to support organizational objectives.
• Proven experience in human resources roles with a focus on employee relations, onboarding, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including federal and state requirements.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information discreetly.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in performance management and supporting employee development initiatives.
• Proficiency in identifying training needs and coordinating development programs with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
