Position Overview
We are seeking a
Bilingual HR Manager to support and lead key human resources functions across our organization. This role will focus on employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR operations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
This is a hybrid position, requiring a combination of in-office presence and remote work flexibility.
Note: This role is strictly focused on HR operations and will not include recruiting or talent acquisition responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted partner to employees and leadership on HR-related matters
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
- Support onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee records
- Partner with leadership to support organizational development and workforce planning
- Oversee HR reporting, documentation, and internal audits
- Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience supporting employees in construction or field environments is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Experience with HRIS systems (iSolved or similar preferred)
