Human Resources Intern

The Role
• Support the HR Department with various administrative and clerical duties.
• Assist with recruitment activities, new employee paperwork, and orientation scheduling.
• Manage post-offer candidate tracking and ensure pre-employment requirements are met.
• Prepare new hire materials including paperwork, badges, and system setup.
• Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations for a smooth onboarding experience.
• Facilitate employee check-ins and track 30-60-90-day training and reviews.
What You'll Need
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
