We are partnering with a global beauty brand undergoing a major transformation within its U.S. operations. This is a high-visibility Director (HR Business Partner) role supporting Corporate Functions and reporting into an exceptional international HR leader.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary strategic HR partner to Corporate Functions.
Shape and drive organizational transformation, including org design, workforce planning, leadership alignment, compliance and talent strategies.
Provide trusted counsel to senior leaders, challenging constructively and contributing to strategic decision‑making.
Support leadership transitions and build cohesion across newly formed or evolving teams.
Navigate high levels of ambiguity with agility, helping leaders operate effectively in an evolving environment.
Drive alignment between people strategy and business performance — bringing clarity, insights, and a commercial mindset to the table.
Collaborate with global HR teams across borders, time zones, and cultural environments.

Qualifications

Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
Strong background in org design, HR transformation, change management, or M&A — ideally in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
Able to thrive in “organized chaos,” pivot quickly, and help leaders navigate shifting priorities.
Experience working across regions, cultures, and time zones.
Understands business drivers and connects talent strategy to commercial outcomes — especially in dynamic or scaling environments.
Experience helping build unified leadership teams, especially during organizational transition or growth.
Experience supporting Corporate Functions.
A background in a fast-paced beauty or cpg setting.
