We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team in New York, NY. This is a contract position where you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving HR operations, supporting employee relations, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Responsibilities:
• Manage all immigration processes and immigration files
• Manage and maintain all employee files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Oversee the immigration process and related documentation, ensuring timely and accurate handling of cases.
• Provide assistance with payroll operations, including data entry and coordination with relevant departments.
• Support employee relations initiatives, fostering a positive and productive workplace environment.
• Facilitate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization.
• Administer benefit functions to address employee inquiries and ensure proper enrollment.
• Utilize HRIS systems to manage and update employee records efficiently.
• Collaborate with HR managers and directors to provide support for ad hoc HR duties.
• Coordinate with multiple organizational teams to ensure smooth HR operations and communication.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail when handling sensitive employee information.
• Must have experience with Immigration processes
•Proven experience in employee relations and HR administration.
• Familiarity with managing immigration processes and related documentation.
• Strong understanding of payroll operations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in using HRIS systems for record management.
• Demonstrated ability to handle benefit functions and address employee inquiries.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with HR teams and other departments.
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
