We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in San Jose, California. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in managing a variety of human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations and employee satisfaction. Responsibilities:
• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues effectively.
• Oversee HR administration processes, including compliance with policies and procedures.
• Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new hires have a seamless transition into the organization.
• Administer benefit programs while providing guidance to employees on available options.
• Maintain and utilize HRIS systems to streamline HR operations and data management.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and policies.
• Partner with management to ensure alignment of HR practices with organizational goals.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, fostering a fair and inclusive workplace.
• Proven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Strong knowledge of HR administration processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with onboarding procedures and strategies.
• Experience managing employee benefits and providing guidance on options.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems for data management and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to HR functions.
