Working within a global HR team, the Employee Relations Specialist will provide critical operational support to the HR team by functioning as a subject matter expert on employee relations.
Responsibilities will include:
• Working with senior leadership and HR partners to refine ER policies and processes, ensuring alignment with legal standards, business objectives, and organizational culture.
• Provide objective assessments and strategic recommendations in response to ER investigations to mitigate risks. Provide reports to senior management and legal in regards to findings and recommendations, with minimal supervision.
• Analyze data and trends to proactively identify risks.
• Oversee regional immigration activities and ensure compliance through the process.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of Human Resources experience with a focus on Employee Relations.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and legal trends, with a proven track record of translating legal updates into organizational impact.
• Advanced analytical skills and strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
