We are working with a very successful Global Investment Firm in Downtown Dallas that is looking to add a HR Manager to their team. This is a very unique role in that it will help with all HR functions as well as crossover with Operations & Accounting including payroll, reporting & analysis.
This person will work on a small team and manage everything from onboarding/offboarding, benefits, payroll, HRIS, employee relations and more. They are looking for someone min 4-6+ years with either a Business, Finance, Accounting, HR or similar degree from a reputable University. This person needs to have great communication skills, be professional, highly analytical and be comfortable explaining analysis findings to executive management. Ideally coming from Financial Services, Investment Banking/Managment, Hedge Fund type environment.
