We're excited to be conducting this search on behalf of HomeRise, a San Francisco organization that has spent more than 35 years providing permanent supportive housing and wraparound services to formerly homeless individuals and families.
This is a meaningful executive-level role for an HR leader who wants to do work that actually matters. The Head of People & Culture will report directly to the CEO, sit on the Executive Leadership Team, and lead all people operations for a staff of 200+ across 18 housing sites citywide.
