MS Shift is a rapidly growing SaaS platform for hospitality operations, helping hotels and resorts manage security, incidents, daily reporting, patrol tracking, and operational workflows across thousands of properties worldwide. Our clients include leading global hotel brands and management companies.
We are expanding our global team and looking for an HR Manager to lead talent operations, employee experience, and HR processes as we scale internationally.
Role Overview
The HR Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, HR operations, and culture development. This role will partner with leadership to help build a high-performance SaaS organization while supporting teams across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Hiring
- Lead recruitment for technical and business roles including engineering, sales, customer success, and support
- Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, interviews, and offers
- Work with leadership to define job descriptions, salary bands, and hiring plans
- Coordinate with external recruiters when needed
Employee Onboarding & Experience
- Manage onboarding process for new hires
- Ensure smooth integration into teams and company culture
- Maintain employee documentation and HR systems
Performance & Employee Development
- Implement performance review processes
- Support leadership with performance management and coaching
- Track employee goals and development plans
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain HR policies and employee handbook
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations
- Manage employee records and HR documentation
Culture & Engagement
- Promote a positive company culture aligned with MS Shift values
- Organize team engagement initiatives
- Act as a trusted HR partner for employees and leadership
Compensation & Benefits
- Assist leadership in managing salary structures and benefits
- Monitor compensation benchmarks for SaaS and technology roles
- Support bonus and incentive programs
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as Human Resources Manager
- Experience supporting technology or SaaS companies
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruiting and HR operations
- Experience managing hiring for technical and global teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with HR systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting fast-growing startups
- Familiarity with international hiring and remote teams
- Experience recruiting software engineers, sales, and SaaS roles
Compensation
Salary Range: $90,000 – $120,000 (depending on experience)
Discretionary Bonus and growth opportunities included.
