Key Responsibilities
1. HR Business Partnering
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand organizational goals and translate them into effective people strategies.
- Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement.
- Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, leadership development, and team effectiveness.
- Support change management initiatives and help drive a high‑performance culture.
- Use HR data and insights to support decision‑making and workforce planning.
2. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including workforce planning, sourcing strategy, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Develop and implement proactive talent pipeline strategies for critical roles.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously optimize hiring processes.
3. HR Operations & Organizational Effectiveness
- Oversee and optimize HR operational processes, including onboarding, offboarding, HR systems, and policy implementation.
- Ensure HR programs and practices comply with applicable U.S. employment laws and regulations.
- Improve HR workflows, systems, and data management to enhance operational efficiency.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to drive process improvement and HR digitalization initiatives.
- Support HR reporting, analytics, and operational planning.
4. Employee Experience & Culture
- Foster a positive employee experience aligned with company values and culture.
- Address employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Support initiatives related to employee engagement, learning and development, and organizational health.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP and recruitment responsibilities.
- Demonstrated experience supporting business leaders as a strategic HR partner.
- Strong experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of U.S. labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Experience improving HR operations, processes, and systems.
