Job Overview
This role supports the Talent Acquisition team by managing HRIS data and coordinating new hire workflows. The role maintains accurate candidate and employee information in addition to processing new hires, internal movements, and affiliate transfers. This person will prepare biweekly new hire reports, support background screening, and provide First Day Ready instructions to candidates and hiring managers.
The Sr. Analyst also contributes to process improvements that enhance efficiency across onboarding and Talent Acquisition processes. This role administers MBUSA’s Vendor Management System by ensuring smooth processing of contingent worker lifecycle activities and partnering with HR, suppliers, and IT to maintain system reliability and data accuracy.
Additionally, this role will own and manage the STAR internship program while supporting full-cycle recruiting efforts across other business areas as needed.
Responsibilities
- In accordance with organizational change processes, maintain HRIS system and interfaces with relevant local and global systems (EWD, org charts, etc.).
- Maintain system tables and verify data accuracy for MBUSA and affiliate companies before releasing information to internal departments and/or affiliate or external organizations.
- Process new hires, internal employees, and affiliate transfers via HRIS for streamlining onboarding workflows and maintaining data integrity across HR systems.
- Prepare and disseminate weekly new hires report to relevant HR team members. Support the Talent Acquisition team by managing the Pre-Employment Background Screening process etc.
- Provide new hires and managers with First Day Ready information related to Starting Line Orientation and I‑9 completion.
- Ensure accurate processing and maintenance of I‑9 documentation within the system to support legal compliance and audit readiness.
- Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR organization and to improve the employee onboarding experience.
- Oversee data administration within Beeline VMS, including processing of new requests, offers, contract extensions, and offboarding actions.
- Coordinate and monitor Beeline IT tickets for MBUSA and approved suppliers to maintain optimal system performance.
- Manage the full recruiting cycle, including posting positions, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring teams, providing timely updates and support throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain internship program frameworks, including recruiting timelines, selection criteria, hiring standards, and program governance.
Qualifikationen
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, onboarding, HRIS administration, and talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Demonstrated problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system or process issues
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, and workflow accuracy
- Familiarity with HR procedures, policies, and federal employment regulations

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
