Temporary HR Generalist to provide operational support to the Corporate HR Business Partner team. Support employee relations activities, including scheduling and conducting investigation interviews. Process position management updates (new roles, reclassifications, cost centers, supervisors, BU assignments). Submit and track job actions including requisitions, promotions, job changes, and terminations. Partner with the reporting team to prepare and manipulate HR data in Excel. Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding tasks. Track PIP deadlines, check?ins, and deliverables. Serve as point of contact for work coordination with the HR centers of excellence (leave, ADA, compensation, employee experience, etc.)
