We are seeking a Recruiter with 3–5 years plus years of experience to support hiring efforts across Technology, Investment Services, and other corporate functions. This is an opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR leaders.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will support the full-cycle recruitment process for experienced hires, including direct sourcing, screening and evaluating candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with offer development and closing.
You will collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand hiring needs, help facilitate interview processes, and contribute to candidate assessment discussions. The role also involves tracking recruiting activity, maintaining accurate data within the applicant tracking system, preparing status updates for stakeholders, and ensuring a strong candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process.
What’s Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3–5 plus years of recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to technology or financial services hiring
- Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing and screening
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication skills and comfort partnering with hiring managers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse experience is a plus)
- High level of professionalism and commitment to ethical standards
