We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Manager to lead HR function who can operate both strategically and hands-on.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
- Lead succession planning initiatives to ensure a strong leadership pipeline
- Drive performance management and talent development programs
Hands-On HR Operations
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, compliance, and HR policies
- Manage payroll processes with expertise in ADP Payroll
- Maintain and optimize HR systems (HRIS) for accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Talent Management & Development
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple functions and levels
- Develop innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent
- Design and deliver leadership development and training programs
- Support career development and employee engagement initiatives
Compensation & Benefits
- Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs
- Conduct compensation analysis, market benchmarking, and salary structure development
- Oversee benefits administration, vendor relationships, and annual renewals
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance total rewards programs
Analytics & Reporting
- Utilize HR data and analytics to drive informed decision-making
- Monitor key HR metrics (turnover, retention, engagement, etc.)
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years of leadership responsibilities
- Strong experience with ADP Payroll and HRIS systems
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Strong leader with sound judgement
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus
