Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Director to join our executive leadership team. This role will lead SCC’s global HR strategy with a strong focus on compensation design, performance measurement, HR systems, and data-driven workforce decision-making.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in total rewards, incentive programs, job architecture, performance frameworks, and business-aligned metrics, with a proven ability to translate company strategy into scalable people programs. Experience in the software or SaaS industry is strongly preferred.
What You’ll Do
- Lead global total rewards and compensation strategy (benchmarking, salary structures, bands, incentives, annual comp cycles)
- Build and scale performance management frameworks tied to measurable outcomes
- Drive HR decision-making through workforce metrics, people dashboards, and business-aligned reporting
- Partner with executives on workforce planning, org design, and restructuring initiatives
- Strengthen a culture of accountability, high performance, and engagement across a global workforce
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of HR leadership experience (4+ years at Director level or above)
- Proven expertise in compensation design, performance systems, and workforce metrics
- Experience in software/SaaS and working across global teams is highly desirable.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder leadership
