Position Summary
The Senior Human Resource Manager is responsible for leading and aligning all HR strategies, policies, and systems to support the company’s business objectives. This role ensures the organization’s people strategy remains central to decision-making, fosters a culture of respect and engagement, and maintains strong, professional relationships across all levels of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational growth and operational excellence.
- Serve on the Site Leadership Team, providing strategic workforce guidance.
- Lead organizational development initiatives, including Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and professional growth programs.
Talent & Workforce Management
- Direct recruitment strategies, succession planning, and workforce alignment.
- Oversee compensation structures, salary administration, offer processes, and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity.
- Manage employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, layoffs, and terminations.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations (ADA, EEO, ERISA, FLSA, FMLA, INVETS).
- Oversee policy development, handbook management, and consistent company-wide policy interpretation.
- Manage HRIS systems, reporting, documentation, and recordkeeping.
- Administer HR department budget, healthcare reporting, and benefits management.
Organizational Effectiveness
- Evaluate HR metrics and department performance against established goals.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Lead change management efforts and support cultural initiatives, including ethics, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Leadership & Supervisory Responsibilities
- Provide overall direction and oversight of the HR team through the HR Manager.
- Lead hiring, training, performance management, and development of HR staff.
- Promote fair, consistent, and ethical treatment of employees.
- Ensure the right talent is in the right roles through workforce evaluation and tools such as Predictive Index.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required (Human Resources or related field preferred)
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- 7–10 years of leadership/management experience preferred
- Experience developing global recruitment strategies is a plus
Skills & Technical Proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Workday preferred
- Familiarity with Canva is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively on complex or sensitive matters
Travel Requirement
- Up to 10% travel as needed
