Title: Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead day to day HR operations while building scalable processes to support organizational growth
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and compliance
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Maintain and update the employee handbook, policies, and internal procedures
- Manage HR systems and ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and audit readiness
- Partner with managers on performance management processes and employee development
- Support annual review cycles, compensation updates, and promotion planning
- Address employee relations matters professionally and confidentially
- Coach managers on leadership best practices and team effectiveness
- Administer benefits programs and serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries
- Support compensation benchmarking and market analysis initiatives
- Assist with bonus tracking and payroll coordination
- Continuously improve HR processes to increase efficiency, clarity, and accountability
- Implement tracking tools for HR initiatives and cross functional projects
- Identify operational gaps and proactively recommend scalable solutions
- Support workforce planning and organizational strategy as the company scales
Requirements:
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements
- Experience in a growing or fast paced organization preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on execution
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with HRIS systems, Rippling or similar platforms preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
